Where standard products are unopened and unused to you may return the product within 14 days of delivery of the product.
Wordsworth offers a standard 12 months warranty on any goods that are delivered to you that are faulty. The item will be shipped to our manufacturer to investigate if the items were faulty upon arrival (to you), or if the fault has occurred due to poor manufacturing or due to misuse. e.g. after purchase, an item has been placed on a hot engine and damaged the webbing.
If a fault is not due to normal wear and tear and not due to misuse or handling, we will offer a full repair within the first 12 months including the cost of shipping to and from you.
Refunds will not be given if the item has been misused or unduly cared for resulting in a fault or used in a way for which the product is not intended.
In the event of a wish to return please contact us prior with your Name, Email Address and Telephone Number prior to shipping the goods back so we can recommend a courier and explain what is required to get the goods back from you.
All Harnesses are Custom and Made upon your orders
The harnesses on this website are made to order (due to the colour selection and shoulder label selection etc). You do not have the right to cancel these orders once placed. However where possible and reasonable if you wish to cancel the order shortly after you have placed your order we attempt to holt production before it commences. If we can, a refund will be given (at our discretion). If the product has already entered the manufacturing process and or we are unable to stop the manufacturing of the item. We will not be able to refund the order.
Note: Our harnesses which are made to order (they are customised by your colour choice and label selection and are manufactured after your order are non-refundable due to a change of mind. This is because they are made specifically for you.
Please note: As harnesses are made to order they can typically take anything from a couple of working days up to 3 weeks for delivery. For urgent orders please contact us directly and we can see if we can have it added as a priority.
Any items that are returned should be used and in unopened packaging – unless returned due to faulty manufacturing.
Note: your statutory rights are not affected.
